Fortunately, the staff was kind and moved me to another room. First room had the ceiling falling apart above the shower and a broken AC The door lock system functioned, but was missing the lock plate on the door jam Looks like they’re needing a renovation of the facility

The hotel was wonderful. This brand-new resort offers excellent amenities, including mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful luxury bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
